My Journey
When I was 17, I came across a book written by a woman whose cancer had returned for a second time. She had decided to explore different ways to support her healing.
Her story deeply affected me.
Could food really be so powerful? Could changing the way we eat transform our health?
That moment became a turning point in my life.
I went on to study Ayurveda and the Kingston Method, completed my naturopathy qualification in 2002, and undertook two years of training in holistic nutrition. Alongside many other courses and qualifications, I have spent years working with people in an active clinical practice.
My clinical experience has taught me that food matters profoundly. The right food can nourish the body and support its natural healing processes, while unsuitable dietary habits can contribute to pain, poor health and disease.
The Medicinal Plate brings this knowledge together in one practical and comprehensive training programme.
Today at my early fifties I feel energized, sharp, happy and lively and I belive the nutrition holds the major impact ️
Come heal with me and learn how to heal others
